If you have purchased your tickets through our official website and have not received them, we recommend that you follow the steps below:
1. Check your Junk/SPAM/Promotions folder to make sure you have not received the email with the tickets. Sometimes, emails can be filed in these folders by mistake.
2. Check your bank account to make sure that your credit card has been charged correctly and that the corresponding amount has been deducted and not retained.

Please indicate the ticket reference (if you have it), the e-mail address you used for the purchase, the telephone number, the ID of the attendees, the zone, row and seat you purchased, as well as the date you made the purchase.

In case you realise on the day of the match that you have not received or cannot locate your tickets, we recommend that you go to the ticket office, which is always open 3 hours before kick-off. |
