To access the Valencia Club de Fútbol VCF Socio members' Portal, it is necessary to have two important pieces of information to hand: the ID and the PIN.
The ID is an identification number that can be found on the VCF Member's profile on the APP and/or website and on the VCF season ticket and is used to uniquely recognise each of them in the system. This number is essential to access the platform and carry out any type of management or consultation. VCF Socio members can find the ID number on the back of their season ticket.
On the other hand, the PIN is a four-digit code that is used as a password to access the VCF Socio members' Portal. If the member has not made any changes to their PIN, it will correspond to the last four digits of their ID number. However, if the member has previously changed his/her PIN, he/she must enter the last code he/she has set.
It is important to note that access to the Member Portal is personal and non-transferable, and that ID and PIN data must be treated confidentially to avoid possible fraud or unauthorised access. In case of loss or misplacement of the season ticket or PIN, the member must contact the Valencia CF’s Fan Area service to recover access to the VCF SOCIO members' Portal.
