Once you have selected Option 1, make sure that your season ticket is linked through the APP. If you do not have this, follow the steps indicated HERE.
In a period of 24-48 hours after choosing Option 1, a coupon will appear in the APP with which you may collect your shirt (LaLiga 2019/20 or 2020/21) from Valencia CF Official Stores in person.
You must present the coupon generated in the app, indicate your Season Ticket Holder ID (consult where to find it HERE) and show proof of identity to register who is collecting the shirt.
