Once you have selected Option 2, make sure that your season ticket is linked through the APP. If you do not have this, follow the steps indicated HERE.
In a period of 24-48 hours after choosing Option 1, a coupon will appear in the APP with which you may purchase your shirt.
Online: Access the website with the email address linked to your Season Ticket, go to the online store and choose the shirt that you wish to buy (LaLiga 2019/20 or 2020/21). Once you have chosen, click on the checkout cart. At the bottom there will be the option to use your discount code, and when applied the final price of the product will appear.
NOTE: Please check before finalising your purchase that the coupon has been correctly applied.
In person at Official Stores: Once you have chosen your product from the store (LaLiga 2019/20 or 2020/21 replica shirt), indicate to store staff that you have a discount code for your purchase. Show the corresponding coupon on the app and they will ask you for your ID number (check HERE where to find it). With this data, they will request your DNI and apply the corresponding code.
